- Year 1999: Oilman Rig Co., ltd, was set up by Mr. ZHOU YUNTING (JAMES ZHOU) at end of 1999 under Law & Regulation of P. R. of China with major business lines on promoting China made drilling equipments and tools to overseas markets.
- Year 2000-2003
- Introduced design of Varco /BJ tubular handling tools series products to China. The products cover Slips, elevator, manual tong, master bushing, Kelly Roller bushing, spider /elevator, casing spider, casing bushing, safety clamp.
- Introduced design of top five brands of mud pump fluid end parts to China. The products cover liner, piston, valve & seat, fluid end module, wear plate, pony rod, pony rod clamp, etc. the pumps include C. Emsco, Gardner Denver, National, Oilwell and IDECO.
- Introduced design of DEMCO Mud valve, and DEMCO NE-C series butterfly valve to China. The Mud valve include 2” x 5K, 3” X 5K, 4” X 5K, 4 X 5” X 5K, both welded and threaded end. Butterfly valve includes 2”, 3”, 4”, 5”, 6”, 8”, 10” and 12”.
- Exporting to overseas market for above three line products up to four (4) 20 ft container per month by end of 2003. Major markets are from USA and Canada.
- Joined IADC membership in year 2002.

- Introduced IDECO type hook-block to China. The sizes are 100 ton, 150 ton, 180 ton, 250 ton.
- Introduced design of Gardner Denver style PZ-9 (1000 HP) mud pump to China
- Set up one J-V to manufacture such G.D PZ-9 pump with 6-pump per month capacity.
- Introduced design of Mission style centrifugal pump to China. The sizes include 2 x 3, 3 x 4, 5 x 6, 6 x 8.
- Introduced SPC/SPM style hammer union to China.
- Introduced Halliburton style Plug valve to China
- Exporting to N. America markets at eight (8) 20 ft full container per month by end of year 2005.
- Being qualified by ISO 9001: supply audited by France BV organization.
- Signed three (3) set 2000 HP SCR /VFD 60HZ land rig with Columbia Oilfield Supply Inc (COSI), Purchase Company for Precision Drilling International (PDI).
- Signed four (4) sets 2000 HP SCR/VFD 60HZ land rig with Dalma Energy LLC of Oman.
- Year 2005-2006
- Increased exporting by 30% on drilling equipments from last 2 years.
- Delivered total seven (5) set 2000 HP SCR/VFD 60HZ Rig.
- Four (4) to Saudi Arabia drilling for Saudi Aramco, two of them are for Dalma Energy and two of them are for PDI.
- One (1) to Egypt for PDI and drilling for Aphche, Egypt.?
- Won one (1) set 1500 HP SCR Rig from ECDC,
- Won one (1) set 2000 HP SCR 50HZ Rig for Sakson Energy Egypt.
- Four (4) set 1000 HP Drawworks contract with KDC (Kuwait Drilling Company).

- Won big order from SPC (Syria Petroleum Company) for BOP with value at $2.0+ million.
- Delivered two (2) sets 2000 HP SCR/VFD Rig to Dalma Energy LLC for Libya market.
- Won four (4) set 2000 HP VFD 60HZ Rig from Gremach of India
- Delivered one (1) set 2000 HP SCR 50HZ Rig to Sakson Energy Egypt for Egypt market.
- Delivery one (1) set 1500 HP SCR 50HZ Rig to ECDC for Egypt Market.
- Set up Rig-up yard at Free Zone of Nantong City, Jiangsu province, China jointly with four (4) more partners with major business on:
