DRILL PIPES

- The products are strictly fabricated according to API 5D (for pipe body) and SPEC 7 (for tool joint).

- Connections are phosphatized or copperized in order to reduce the possibility of connection galling.

- Hard banding will be provided if necessary. There are many kinds of hard banding that we can provide such as iron-matrix power Alloy, Arnco-100 XT.

- Internal coating is provided in order to prolong its service life including TK34, TK34P, and DPC.

- Press steel protectors are provided for pin and box tool joint.

- Packing mode: plastic frame system.

PUP JOINTS

All pump joints are made from integral bars of AISI 4145H Modified chromium molybdenum alloy steel heat-treadted to drill collar specifications.
These pup joints have a minimum yield strength of 110 000 PSI.
Nominal size: 3 1/2''OD ~ 6~ 5/8'' OD, Length: 5' ~ 20'.
